You are able to easily sync Skedda with external calendars such as Google Calendar, Outlook, iPhone etc. by using your account's dedicated iCalendar link! This is a one-way read sync, designed for Admins, as all Skedda bookings will be synced to the external calendar. This is a paid feature and part of the Integrations Pack.

Set up Instructions

Click into the Venue Settings > Integrations.

Note that as most external calendars aren't designed to understand many of Skedda's concepts (booking conditions, minimum advance notice periods, cancellation policies, dependencies between spaces, pricing conditions etc.), the sync is a one-way, read-only feed (from Skedda to the external calendar).

Depending on your client application (Outlook, Google Calendar etc.), you'll just need to copy and paste the link using a function in the direction of 'Add by URL' or 'Add external calendar'.

Instructions for linking an iCalendar link also termed as an ics link, can be found by googling / searching your calendar's settings.

Here's a concrete example of this option in Google Calendar:

Once added, your client will automatically fetch updated booking information from Skedda periodically. The update interval varies between client applications. For Outlook it is typically 10 minutes or so. In the particular case of Google Calendar, note that this refresh interval can be longer (of the order of a few hours - something that Skedda cannot control).
