Summary

This article describes how to use the collaborative team function within Skema.

This KB Article includes the following:

Switching Between Teams

This Skema feature is for the Skema Pioneers who use Skema across a variety of different projects to provide easier access to all involved.

Upon your firm's Skema account's creation, a team will be created for you. Through this team, the whole firm will have access to all projects being worked on through Skema.

To switch between these teams, you select the dropdown in the top left corner of the homepage and select your team.

Updating Password

To update your Skema password, on the login screen, click "Forgot Password".

After you have selected "Forgot Password", you will be prompted to input your email that is associated with your Skema account.

After this, an email will be sent to your Skema associated email address, from there you will be given instructions on how to update your password.

Adding Users

Through the Skema homepage, you can add members to your team via email. You start by hovering over your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting "Manage Users" or select "Settings" on the left (only Administrators can manage users).

Then you will be shown a screen where you have the option to add a user via email. To do this you will select the plus icon.

After this, you will be prompted to enter your desired user's email, as well as giving them either "editor" or "administrator" privileges. The difference being that an administrator can control the subscription along with accessing and editing projects, whereas an editor can only access and edit projects.

Once you have entered the desired information, you will click on the share button. This will send an invite to the user to join your team. This user will then have access to all projects that are saved on your Skema homepage.
