No. You must be already registered with UNHCR and physically present in an eligible country to access the Refugee Student Settlement Pathway program.
Please do not attempt to relocate for this small pilot - there are only a small number of places and there is no chance you would be eligible if you do so. In future we aim to expand the program to other countries.
