SkillPack is a new platform that enables you, the user, to get paid for every job you complete. The more you work, the more you earn. Each job will have a value (USD) associated with it.

Each job is checked for quality. If the job is done correctly, perfect! If it is done incorrectly, you will be deducted the value of that job on your earnings.
Will this affect the number of jobs?
There will be an increase in jobs over the coming months as the company grows, but this change will not directly affect jobs at the moment.

No, this will not affect your pay.
