Please note: the resolution of Disputes could take up to 1 month from the date, the dispute is filed.

Please note: As part of SkillPack's system governance rules, once a decision is made, we can not currently change the decision in the system. When an Auditor resolves a dispute the decision is irreversible, it cannot be changed.

Once a dispute is filed by a SkillPacker, there are 4 possible Dispute Statuses.

Here are the Dispute Statuses and what they mean:

  • Pending

  • No-Fault

  • Accepted - Supervision done incorrectly

  • Denied - Supervision done correctly

A dispute that is in Pending status means that it is currently awaiting to be resolved by the Auditors.

A dispute that is in No-Fault status means, that the SkillPacker or Supervisor will not be penalized.

What does that mean for SkillPacker and the Supervisor:

  • No one gets the earnings (Not the Supervisor or SkillPacker).

  • No one experiences a decrease in their success rate.

  • No one loses their skills or access to jobs.

A dispute that is in Denied - Supervision done correctly status, means that the Supervisor did the job correctly.

What does that mean for SkillPacker and the Supervisor:
