Go to Account Settings > Payments
If you have successfully linked your Payoneer account and are still seeing the error message please contact Payoneer.

If you have not linked your Payoneer account follow the instructions below:
I already have Payoneer:
Link your Payoneer account by clicking I already have a Payoneer account and follow the instructions to link your account.
I don’t have Payoneer:
If you do not have a Payoneer account, sign up by clicking on I don’t have a Payoneer account yet and follow the instructions to create a new account.
