If you have received the message: "You're not allowed to access this page. Click here to go back to the dashboard." when you attempted to login into SkillPack, it is most likely related to the Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment) that is being conducted on your account.
What causes an account to undergo a Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment)
A SkillPacker's account can undergo a Quality Assurance Audit if the account matches one or all of these conditions:
Not adhering to SkillPack's Terms of Service
Marking SkillPackers as incorrect when the job submitted by the SkillPacker is correct (This applies to Supervisors)
Not adhering to SkillPack Guidelines
Submitting poor-quality work
What does SkillPack review when conducting a Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment) on SkillPackers
To ensure that SkillPack remains a place for all who wish to upskill, support their community, and learn from each other; free of harassment. We conduct Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment) on SkillPackers.
We review past and current support requests to ensure that SkillPackers are not conducting themselves in a way that has the purpose or effect of creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
We review posts left by SkillPackers on social media platforms including the SkillPacker Hub, to ensure that our Terms of Service are respected.
We review past and current jobs submitted by SkillPackers.
Interactions within the virtual machine are recorded for supervision and audit trail. Any SkillPacker that uses the Virtual Machine in a manner that goes against our Terms of Service, will have their account terminated.
An example of an email a SkillPacker would receive when they have been incorrectly supervising jobs
Our system has flagged your account for poor-quality jobs. Due to the number of jobs you have incorrectly supervised, your account has been temporarily blocked and a Quality Assessment (QA) will need to be completed.
The businesses that upload jobs on the SkillPack Platform, expect a high degree of accuracy and unfortunately, the work you are completing does not meet those standards. Once a Quality Assurance Audit has been completed on your account we will assess whether your account will be reactivated again.
There's no need to submit multiple emails regarding this, as we will be sure to update you once the QA is complete. Please note, the QA process could take up to 5 weeks to complete.
How long does it take to complete a Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment)
Please note that the Quality Assurance Audit (also known as Quality Assurance Assessment) could take up to 5 weeks to complete.
What happens to my account after the Quality Assurance Audit has been completed
Once the Quality Assurance Audit has been completed, SkillPack could either:
Terminate the SkillPacker's account (Once the account is terminated, the SkillPacker will not be granted their earnings, and the SkillPacker will no longer be able to login into SkillPack to complete Jobs)
Remove Skills from a SkillPacker Profile (Once the skill is removed from the SkillPacker Profile, the SkillPacker will no longer have access to those job types and will not be able to regain that specific Skill. Please note that having a Skill Removed affects your ability to access Jobs.)
Decrease the Skill Ranking (Once the skill ranking is decreased, the SkillPacker will have access to fewer jobs that require that skill until the quality of their work increases. Please note decreasing the Skill Ranking affects your ability to access Jobs.)
The SkillPacker's account could be suspended for a period of up to 4 months. (When a SkillPacker's account is suspended, the SkillPacker is unable to access any SkillPack-related platform to complete jobs for the full duration of the suspension)
The account could be fully reinstated with no penalties and the SkillPacker will be able to access the Platform to continue working.
How will I be notified of the status of the Quality Assurance Assessment?
Once the Quality Assurance assessment has been completed, you will receive an email detailing the actions taken on your account.
