How to log in to SKULaunch

This guide explains how to access your SKULaunch supplier account, what to do the first time you log in, and how to resolve common login issues.

Accessing SKULaunch

You can access your SKULaunch through the secure web portal at companyname.skulaunch.com.

First-time users

When your data recipient creates your supplier account, you receive an email invitation.

This email includes:

  • A link to confirm your account.

  • Your username ( your email address)

  • The name of your company as registered

  • A temporary password

Step 1: Confirm your email address

Select Confirm Your Email Address in the welcome email.

If the button does not open, use the long URL underneath by copying it into your browser.

This verifies your account so you can sign in.

Step 2: Log in with the temporary credentials

After confirming your email address, use the details provided in the welcome email:

  • Your email

  • Your temporary password

Go to the SKULaunch login page link provided in the email and sign in.

Step 3: Change your password

For security reasons you must change your password the first time you log in.

The welcome email includes a button:

Change Your Password

You can also use the fallback URL in the email if needed.

Enter your temporary password, choose a new secure password, and save.

Once complete, your account is active.

Forgotten password or returning users

If you have used SKULaunch before and need to reset your password:

  1. Go to the login screen

  2. Select Forgot password

  3. Enter your email

  4. Follow the reset link sent to you

  5. Set a new password

Reset links expire, so request another if yours times out.

Common login issues and fixes

I did not receive the welcome or reset email

  • Check spam or junk

  • Ask IT to allow messages from SKULaunch

  • Confirm your email address is correct with Bowens

The temporary password is not working

  • Make sure no extra spaces were copied

  • Try resetting your password from the login page

The confirmation link does not work

Use the long fallback URL provided in the email.

I am locked out

After several failed attempts, your account is temporarily blocked.
Wait a short period or reset your password.

My email has changed

Bowens must update your supplier account.


Contact your data recipient account manager or support.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Your company

  • The login email address

  • A short description of the issue

  • A screenshot of any error
