What is SKULaunch for suppliers?

SKULaunch is not a product creation tool. Data recipient creates and assigns items to you, and you provide or update the required information.

Bowens manages thousands of products across many families. To keep this data consistent and up to date, SKULaunch provides a structured workflow for suppliers to:

  • View the items data recipient has assigned

  • Enter the data data recipient needs

  • Fix missing or incorrect attributes

  • Respond to update requests

  • Track the status of every item you are responsible for

This creates a faster and clearer collaboration process between you and the data recipient merchandise teams.

What you can do in SKULaunch

As a supplier, you will use SKULaunch to:

1. Complete required product attributes

Data recipient defines the attribute model and required fields. You simply fill in the information for each assigned item.

2. Respond to update requests

If data recipient needs new details or corrections, the system will show the fields to update. You will also receive:

  • In system notifications (bell icon)

  • Email notifications

3. Manage your assigned products

Your workspace shows:

  • All items data recipient has assigned to you

  • Their current status

  • Which fields still need work

  • Notes and comments from the data recipient team

4. Submit changes

When required attributes are complete, you can submit the item for review. Data recipient will then approve, request changes, or reject fields as needed.

5. Work in bulk

You can use the bulk edit view to update multiple items efficiently. This allows you to:

  • Filter items by status, node, or family

  • Edit fields directly inside the table

  • Open individual items if needed

You cannot upload spreadsheets in SKULaunch, but the bulk view lets you work quickly at scale.

Product status flow

Every item moves through a clear lifecycle:

  1. Requested

  2. Update requested

  3. Update submitted

  4. Approved

  5. Rejected (if data recipient declines a field or submission)

  6. Submitted (for new product submissions)

You will always see exactly what is expected at each step.
