How to Create Your Account
Follow these steps to register your business and access the full suite of SkyOS tools:
Visit the SkyOS Homepage
Navigate to the official SkyOS website. Click the Get Started button located in the center of the hero section or the Login button in the top right corner.
Choose Your Sign-Up Method
On the "Get Started" page, you can choose to:
Quick Sign-On: Use your existing Apple or Google account for a faster setup.
Email Registration: Enter your professional email address manually to create a standalone account.
Secure Your Account
If registering by email, create a strong password. The system will provide real-time feedback to ensure it meets security requirements, such as including an uppercase letter, a number, and reaching a minimum of 8 characters.
Confirm Password
Re-enter your password in the Confirm Password field to ensure they match.
Initialize Setup
Click the blue Start For Free button.
Verify Your Email
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you provided. Retrieve the code from your inbox, enter it on the verification screen, and click Verify.
After you have verified your email, the next steps to finalize your account and access the full suite of features are as follows:
Complete Business Information: You will be prompted to enter your legal business name, DBA (if applicable), business email, and business phone number.
Access SkyOS Dashboard: Once your business information is submitted, you will be directed to the SkyOS dashboard. Here, you can interact with various platform elements such as POS, Invoicing, and Reports.
Business Registration: To begin accepting payments, you must complete the merchant services application.
Merchant Services Application: Locate the "Start your business registration" section on the dashboard and select Start. You will need the following information ready to complete this 3-5 minute application:
Business Owner Information: Social Security Number (SSN), Date of Birth, Residential Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Driver's License Number.
Business Information: Business EIN/Federal Tax ID, Estimated Annual Processing Volume, and Banking Information (Account and Routing Number).
Transparent Pricing: All core software features, including Invoicing, POS, and Reporting, are included at zero cost. Standard processing fees only apply when you begin accepting payments.
