The Star TSP100 Series is one of the most reliable thermal POS printers on the market. Star offers USB, LAN, WLAN, and bluetooth connection types that all are supported on the Sky POS.

Connecting to one is as follows:

1. Select "More" at the bottom of your terminal screen and navigate to "POS Hardware"

2. Next you'll need to tap on "Connect Customer Star Printer"

3. Select the appropriate option for faster discovery of your printer or if you're unsure of which model printer you're using select "All" . If you want to find out what kind of printer you have, flip the printer upside down and on the manufacturing tag and identify the last character used in the model number: W = WLAN, U = USB, L = LAN, B=Bluetooth. An example of the full model number is: TSP143IIIU

4. The available printers found will populate in the connection list. Select the desired printer from the menu to connect.

5. Once you see the following screen you will be successfully connected to your printer! (Note the connect button is now green to indicate connection)
