​My keyboard keeps going away after I use the scanner?

With iOS it isn't possible to have the iOS keyboard and the bluetooth scanner to work in tandem with each other. Due to this if you ever need to use the iOS keyboard simply look at the bottom of your screen after tapping into the text box and locate a button that looks like a keyboard with three little dots next to it and tap that button and select "Show Keyboard".

My scanner keeps going to sleep after 10 minutes?

The scanner’s user manual will have codes you can scan that will change the duration of sleep time.

I cannot connect my scanner?

Scanner connection is made outside of the Sky Systemz application. On the iPad’s settings, turn on bluetooth and scan the proper code from the scanner’s user manual to enter Bluetooth HID mode and follow the instructions in your manual.
