Syncing your Sky Transactions with Quickbooks

If you are using Sky Systemz point of sale, you are able to connect your Quickbooks through your web dashboard, SkySystemz will communicate every transaction with Quickbooks. The Sky integration is only for the Quickbooks Online version and does not support the desktop version.

When connected with quickbooks, Sky sends all sales receipts with the following information: Transaction Date, Customer Name, Payment Method, Amount, and Merchant Fees (processing fee). This sync occurs at 12am EST daily.

1. Log into your Sky Systemz dashboard:

2. Once logged in click on your Profile button (initials in the top right corner) and select "Business Profile".

3. Click on the "Quickbooks" tab and select "Connect to Quickbooks" to be taken to the Intuit login page.

Once logged in with your Intuit account your Sky Systemz account will now communicate with your Quickbooks.
