1. Make sure the device you’re using has Bluetooth enabled. If Bluetooth isn’t enabled you will not be able to discover the Chipper in the Sky Systemz app.

General steps to check if Bluetooth is enabled (Note: Do not connect to the chipper via this menu): Device Settings > Bluetooth > Enable

2. Press the power button on the right side of the device as seen below on the left. If successful the top of the device will flash GREEN LED’s, this initial flash will indicate the battery percentage, please reference the chart below on the right to see if your device needs charging. Lights will turn off, DEVICE IS STILL ON.

3. Now that your device is set up correctly and the chipper is on when you get to checkout on your next transaction you'll see a button that will allow you to connect to the chipper straight from the app. Tap this button and when the chipper is connected the button will update to "Send to Chipper" indicating the connection was successful.
