Invoicez by Sky
The days of tirelessly entering data on spreadsheets and sending manual invoices are long gone; welcome to the digital age! Despite that, many small and medium sized businesses are hesitant to opt for an invoicing service for their company. Not only is invoicing software less time-consuming, but it also saves a lot of money in the long run, according to Forbes. Not to mention, you get valuable customer data to interpret and improve your service. Invoicez may be the most important features in the Sky Operations Suite. Let’s take a look at how your business can utilize invoicing.
Customizable Invoices
There is nothing standard about our Invoicez. It is unique for each and every customer. Your auto repair shop can add VIN, year, make and model to the customer information; your printing company can add dimensions, size and color to the order notes. Maybe you are a funeral chapel looking for a less intrusive way to request payment from a family in mourning. Invoicing can fit the shape and needs of literally any business. Paired with the power of our inventory & customer management software, you can create an invoice in 10 seconds or less.
SMS Technology
Sky’s cloud-based technology allows a business to harness the power of digital invoicing. Digital invoices are sent to the customer via email or text message. No more postage, no more trips to the post office, no more waiting days for it to arrive, sitting on a desk for days before it’s opened and no more waiting days to receive a check back in the mail. Digital invoicing allows a business to request a payment instantly and for the customers to pay instantly. In fact, research shows that 60% of customers read a text message within 5 minutes of receiving it! It’s an EZ way to collect payments faster and more efficiently.
Send Estimates and Monitor Payments
Not only can you send invoices, but Sky merchants can also send estimates. An estimate is also referred to as a bid or quote. Meaning that you are sending a proposal of pricing of an item or service, which your customer can accept or reject. Estimates and invoices are very similar in appearance and functionality, but serve two very different purposes.
If the customer accepts the estimate, it automatically converts the estimate into a payable invoice. If the estimate is rejected, you will be notified inside of your dashboard, and can read the notes from the customer to adjust your estimate accordingly.
Your customers are able to quickly pay invoices on their PC or mobile device. After payment, your business is alerted via notification and/or email. The payment will be posted to the transaction page in your Dashboard and is batched to be sent to your bank account by the next business day. You will also be able to monitor unpaid invoices and unanswered estimates from your dashboard.
