Empower Your Employees with Custom Individual Profiles
Sky’s employee management dashboard in the Business Management Suite allows your business to create unlimited users with unlimited roles and unlimited combinations of permissions. This gives you the ability to control what features you want your employees to have access to or see. Create locations (if your business has multiple locations), create roles with specific permissions and manage your employee hours with our timeclock feature. Let’s look at some of the product features.
Unlimited Users
From your staff dashboard, your business can set up unlimited users for your business. Users can be assigned a username and login, unique pin code for access, be assigned to a role appropriate to their position with customized permissions and identifiable to a specific location, should you have multiple business sites.
Create Roles
Creating roles helps to simplify your onboarding process for your employees. Roles can be customized based on the types of positions you have at your company. To create a role, it’s as simple as naming the role then setting the permissions. When you add new employees, you can simply select the role appropriate to their position, such as “Manager” or “Support”.
Custom Permissions
Custom permissions allow you to control how every role, or individual employee, has access to your business information and interacts with Sky’s software suite. What your general manager will see could be vastly different from let’s say a server, mechanic or laborer. Each employee can be assigned a role, but you can easily edit permissions at the employee level.
Time Clock
Time Clock by Sky is a built-in time clock that allows you to track hours worked by your employees. This feature also allows you to enter wages for each employee. Lastly, you can generate detailed reports for payroll.
