Reviewz by Sky is a way for your business to capture reviews and likes while increasing customer engagement on your social media channels. One of the biggest factors in convincing customers to buy your product or service is through social proof.
Social proof is being able to show proof that someone is actually shopping at your store, eating at your restaurant or utilizing your services. Reviewz by Sky helps you accomplish just that.

How Does It Work?
Sky has made getting reviews for your social pages easy! Under your Point of Sale settings in your dashboard, you can easily add links to your Facebook and Google business pages.
Once these fields are filled in, the icons for Facebook and Google will populate at the bottom of all digital receipts. We have also added a ‘follow-up’ custom text field so you can encourage your customers to view the receipt to leave a review. Once your client opens the receipt link, they just need to simply click either icon at the bottom of the page that says, "Review Us On [Social Page].
Incentivize Sky Rewardz
This is also a great way to encourage your customers to use Sky Rewardz. Rewardz is a true rewards program that allows your customers to earn points for their purchases. One way you could incentivize your customers to leave a review, like your page or add pictures to their reviews is through offering bonus rewards for their review. Another way is by offering a digital gift card for your business for the review. Most positive reviews never get added unless you ask, or compensate, your customers for them. So don’t let the negative reviews skew your ratings online.
