If you suspect that your Skye Wallet account has been compromised, here are some steps you can take to try to recover your account and secure your assets:

  • Act quickly: The longer you wait, the more time the attacker has to transfer your funds to another account or wallet.

  • Change your passwords: If you suspect that your password has been compromised, change it immediately. Make sure to use a strong, unique password that you haven't used before. Consider using a password manager to create and store complex passwords.

  • Contact support: Contact the customer support team and let them know that your account has been compromised and explain your situation clearly. They may freeze your account or provide additional security measures.

  • Provide proof of ownership: You may be asked to provide proof of ownership of the account, such as a government-issued ID and/or a Live image of yourself.

  • Monitor your account: Keep an eye on your account activity and transactions to make sure that there are no unauthorized transfers or purchases.

Remember, prevention is better than cure when it comes to securing your crypto assets. Always use strong passwords, enable finger print, and be cautious of phishing scams and other cyber threats.
Skye Wallet got you!
