ACH

  1. Does SkyFi offer Same Day ACH?

    1. Yes, but only if the destination account is set up for FedNow transactions.

  2. Does SkyFi have Standard ACH?

    1. We currently only offer Same Day ACH payments. Future updates may include Standard ACH improvements.

  3. What are your batch times for ACH transactions?

    1. SameDay - 9:15a, 1:15p, 2:45p EST

  4. What are the transaction limits for ACH?

    1. SkyFi follows federal regulations for all transactions including those that keep us in compliance with AML laws.

    2. ACH Merchant Processing is limited to $1M per month.

  5. Is there a fee for ACH transactions?

    1. No fees for ACH transfers however there is a $3 + (.003 x [Amount] per $1,000) for ACH Merchant Processing.

Debit/Credit Cards

  1. Who is the provider for SkyFi’s debit card?

    1. Visa

  2. Are the debit cards provided at no cost?

    1. Correct! This includes the shipping cost to your address.

  3. Can I withdraw money from any ATM machine?

    1. We are working on offering this feature in the near future.

  4. What are the limits for card transactions?
    a. You can set limits for individual cards via the cards menu

  5. Who do I contact if I need to dispute a charge?

    1. Contact SkyFi support to report any issues with a transaction within 60 days from the date of the incident at 1-844-711-7467.

New User Sign Up

  1. What do I need to open an account?

    1. You will need to create a username and password for the SkyFi application using a valid email address.

    2. After an account has been created you will need to provide basic personal information as well as pass an identity check and our KYC/KYB procedures.

  2. I’m a Sky Paymentz merchant and would like to be able to take ACH payments. Can SkyFi provide that service?

    1. You can talk to your account manager or enable ACH payments via your web dashboard to sign up for a SkyFi account.

  3. How can I reset my password if I’ve forgotten it?

    1. At the login screen simply click on the “Forgot Password” link to get an email sent to you.

    2. After 3 failed login attempts your account will be locked and you will need to contact our support team for assistance at 1-844-711-7467

Remote Deposit Checks

  1. Is SkyFi compatible with RDC technology?

    1. Yes, simply take a picture of your check to upload it and it will be processed within 3-6 business days.

  2. What is the fee for RDC?

    1. There is a $1 fee per RDC transaction

  3. What is the limit for RDC deposits?

    1. This is dependent on the size of the check and any account limitations.

Wires

  1. Do you offer international wire transfers?

    1. Currently we only support domestic wire transfers however we do plan on adding international wire support in the future.

  2. What is the fee on a wire transfer?

    1. There is a flat $20 fee per wire transfer.

  3. What is the expected timeline for a wire transfer to complete?

    1. One business day

  4. Is there a limit on how much or how many wire transfers I can complete?

    1. No.

  2. What holidays are observed for SkyFi?

SkyFi transfers will still be available but on a delayed schedule. Support will not be available on these days.
