How to Dispute a Card Charge

If you have to dispute a charge done with your SkyFi Debit Card please submit a support ticket to us via email at skyfi@skysystemz.com or reach out via our Chat Support (available M-F 9a-9p EST) by navigating to your profile and selecting the Get Help button.

Do note that our Chat Support may not be able to initiate the dispute immediately and may require an escalation to the appropriate support team.
