Introduction
The SkyTab Workforce mobile app may be downloaded by employees on both iOS and Android. With the app, employees can:
View schedules and individual shift details
Make time off requests
Submit their availability
Communicate with managers and other employees
View timecards
Edit personal details
View Schedule
You will see your schedule when you log in to the mobile app, as shown below.
Learn how to set your availability on this screen. You can also request time off, change your availability, and swap shifts.
Messages
On the bottom menu, click Messages to view or send messages within the app.

Notifications
On the bottom menu, click Notifications to view any notifications within the mobile app.
More
On the bottom menu, click More to edit your personal details, set your availability, manage time off requests, view your timecards, view shift opportunities, access account settings, and more. Learn more about these features below.
Add or Edit Profile Photo / Edit Name
From the More menu, click My Profile to access your profile information. This displays the first name, last name, and photo you have on file.
You can add or edit your profile photo from this screen by clicking the photo icon.
Select whether to add the photo from your phone gallery or take a new photo from your camera.
Once done uploading, click Save.
You can also edit your first name and/or last name by clicking on the Name row.
View Timecards
To view your timecards, click My Timecards from the More menu.
The Timecards screen will display all of your timecards up to this date.
Click on a timecard to view its details.
Account Settings
Click on Account Settings in the More menu to change settings, such as your password, phone number, add fingerprint login to your account, and change the language/timezone/start day of week for your account.
