Introduction
When you initially set up your Workforce company account, all Jobs synchronized from Lighthouse will have a default color of blue. These can be subsequently updated and assigned a color of your choice from a palette of twelve colors. Doing so will facilitate easier recognition of shifts when working with the Schedule. Navigation
Begin by logging in to Lighthouse, then navigating to Workforce > Scheduler.
Note: You will need Lighthouse Business Manager credentials, as well as have manager or administrator-level access in SkyTab Workforce to complete this task.
Select the company name in the top navigation menu, then select Jobs. All jobs associated with your location will be displayed.
Click on a Job to see the attributes of the selected Job, including the ability to assign a color of your choice.
Select the desired color and click Save.
Any shifts of that Job type will now appear in the chosen color on the Scheduler.
