How to Add a Payment Method to a SkyWatch Account Created Using the Add-In

If you’ve created your SkyWatch account directly using the Add-In it will be necessary to associate a payment method with the account in order to proceed with any paid imagery orders. To do this navigate to our EXPLORE website and then click on the small person icon in the upper right of the page:

In the resulting window click on Sign In:

This will open up a window where an account email and password can be provided. However, as you have not signed in directly with SkyWatch before, click on Forgot Password, and then input the email address that was used during account creation. This will send out an email reset link.

When the email is received follow the prompts to reset your password. Once this is complete you can sign in on our EXPLORE website before again navigating to the account page. If you click on My Account you’ll be able to add a credit card for the account, which will then be charged for any paid imagery orders.

Note that if this is a pay-as-you-go account we will place a temporary hold on your card when an imagery purchase is made, so please ensure you have adequate credit room before purchasing. The hold will be removed shortly after and a final charge will be applied on order delivery.
