Note: This article is only applicable to users who are part of a HUB organization. If you are not a member of a HUB organization, please disregard this article.
To create a new project to assign to orders, you will need to access your HUB account. Projects cannot be set up through the Content Store.
Only HUB SuperAdmin users are authorized to create new projects. If you are not a SuperAdmin, you will need to contact your HUB organization's SuperAdmin to request the creation of the project. To find the SuperAdmin, log into HUB and go to the "Organizations" tab, where their email will be listed.
For more details on what information is needed to create a new project, refer to step 3.
1. Log Onto HUB
To access your HUB account, visit https://hub.skywatch.com/.
Note: If you do not have a HUB account, the application will redirect you to our EXPLORE application. If you believe this is an error, please contact our SkyWatch customer support team.
Once logged in, navigate to the "Organizations" tab at the top of the main screen.
2. Go To Projects
In the "Organizations" tab, go to "Projects".
Then, click "Add Project".
3. Add New Project
A pop-up will appear requesting the following information:
Project Name
Payment Method
Users
Once you’ve assigned a project name, selected the desired payment method, and added the users who need access to this project, click "Save".
To confirm the project has been created successfully, refresh your screen and verify that the project appears in the table.
After confirmation, log back into Content Store, add your orders to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You should now see your new project available in the checkout window.
4. Add New Payment Method (if applicable)
In the Payment Method drop-down menu, all existing payment methods associated with the HUB organization will be displayed. If you see the payment method you want to use for this project, simply select it.
If you need a new payment method set up for the project, please contact the SkyWatch customer support team, and provide the following information:
Name of payment method
Type: Monthly invoice or prepay
For a prepay, you will also need to provide a Purchase Order (PO) to the SkyWatch Account Manager assigned to your HUB organization. You can find their email on the "Organizations" tab of the main page.
Once the PO is received, the SkyWatch Account Manager will issue an invoice for the prepay, and the payment method will be set up. You will be notified via email when the payment method is available on your HUB organization account.
