How Do I Access HUB?

This document provides the three steps to sign up to HUB.

Once a HUB account has been set-up for your organization, users can join through the following pathways:

  • Existing EXPLORE account migrated by SkyWatch support.

  • Email invitations from SkyWatch or HUB SuperAdmin.

Existing Users

If the user has recently joined HUB, and they had an existing prior account, they won't receive an email invitations. The account will be migrated into HUB by the SkyWatch support team. A url to access HUB will be sent to the user by the organizations SkyWatch Account Manager.

Email Invitations

  1. For any new user invited to HUB, the email below will be sent to their inbox.

Note: All email notifications come from support@skywatch.com. These can deliver to the spam/junk folder, or if your IT department hasn't whitelisted the address, end up in a quarantine bucket and blocked.

2. Set up your password

3. When you sign in for the first time, you will be prompted to a verification page. Please agree to the SkyWatch ToS, EULA, and marketing preferences.
