How will I be informed about upcoming payments?

When your Slice Pay plan is set up, you’ll receive a summary of your instalment schedule, including the day of the week your payments are due.

To help you stay on track, we’ll also:

  • Email you a reminder 3 days before each upcoming payment.

  • Email you a receipt after each successful payment.

Tips to stay organised

  • Add a recurring calendar reminder on your payment day.

  • Set up an automatic transfer to ensure there are sufficient funds in your account before the payment date.
