At Slice Pay we hold transparency and fairness at the core of our services. When booking your travel with us, here's what you can expect:

  • Transparent Pricing: The price your travel agent quotes you to use Slice Pay is the price you pay. We do charge a Hold Price Fee.

    • This is charged to ensure we can lock in today's travel good price. The exact Hold Price varies from agent and on booking type.

      • Note this Hold Price Fee is non-refundable after the 24 hour cool down period.

    • We always:

      • State the full payment plan amount at checkout

      • We provide an indication in percent % of the Hold Price Fee at checkout

  • Please ensure you are happy with this amount before proceeding. This fee covers our expenses (including payment processing).

    • We find customer often end up saving by locking in today's prices.

  • No interest or late fees: we do not charge late fees or interest for delayed payments. We work with you to ensure you stick to your payment schedule and can travel.

Changes and Cancellations: Understanding Potential Costs

While we strive to keep additional costs minimal, certain changes and cancellations may incur fees:

  • Change Fees: Should you need to alter your travel plans, additional costs may apply. These can include fare differences for more expensive new flights, airline-imposed change fees, and administrative fees.

  • Cancellation Fees: In the case of cancellations, if your ticket is refundable, airline penalties are typically applicable. As noted the Hold Price fee is non-refundable.
