Commitment to Transparency and Fairness

At Slice Pay, we’re committed to transparency and fairness. Our goal is to make travel more accessible - without hidden charges or unexpected costs.

💡 Simple, Transparent Pricing

The price your travel agent provides when you choose Slice Pay is the total price you’ll pay.
We do apply a small Hold Price Fee, which helps us lock in today’s travel prices on your behalf.

  • The exact Hold Price Fee may vary by travel agent and booking type.

  • The fee is non-refundable after the 24-hour cooling-off period.

  • You’ll always see the full payment plan amount and the Hold Price Fee percentage clearly displayed at checkout.

  • This fee covers the cost of securing your travel and processing payments -and in most cases, customers save overall by securing prices early.

💰 No Interest or Late Fees

Slice Pay is completely interest-free.
We don’t charge late fees and don’t add interest to your instalments. If you ever fall behind, our team will work with you to get back on track - no penalties, just support.

🔄 Changes and Cancellations

While we aim to keep extra costs to a minimum, certain changes or cancellations may involve fees set by airlines or travel suppliers:

  • Change Fees: May include fare differences for new flights, airline change charges, or administrative fees.

  • Cancellation Fees: If your ticket is refundable, airline penalties may apply. Please note that the Hold Price Fee is non-refundable.
