What if my flight is cancelled by the airline?

We understand that an unexpected flight cancellation can be frustrating.

If your flight is cancelled by the airline, Slice Pay will always honour the airline’s refund or rebooking policy.

✈️ What to do

  • Contact your travel agent as soon as possible.
    Your agent will liaise directly with the airline to discuss your available options - including rebooking, receiving a refund, or obtaining a travel credit. This will depend on the airlines reaccommodation policy for your flight.

  • Once your agent confirms the outcome with the airline, your travel agent should notify Slice Pay and Slice Pay will manage any applicable refunds or adjustments to your payment plan.
