Broadly there are two cases
A booking error has occurred and you need a refund- and you are refunded from our payment processor directly. Typically these refunds are sent back to the card used for payment within 5-10 business days.
You have cancelled your flight and you are entitled to a refund - As soon as the refund is received from the airline we pass it on to you. Note airlines can be slow and take up to 12 weeks to process refunds. We would refund the amount to the card used for your payment plan.
Factors Affecting Refund Timing:
The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank's processing times. It might take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
Original Payment Method No Longer Available:
If the original payment method you used for your payment plan (e.g., a debit card that expired) is no longer valid, please don't hesitate to contact us directly via email
Slice Pay will work with you to explore alternative refund options, such as issuing the refund through your Pay ID or directly to your bank account.
