Yes it is - however each booking goes through our own internal fraud check system. If your booking is flagged no worries we will reach out for more information.
We appreciate sometimes the person paying may not actually be a traveller on the flight. You may be paying for a brother, sister or partner etc. That is all good!
We have our own internal fraud check process we run on each booking to make sure that the booking is a legitimate one. Our fraud check accounts for checking if there are relations between the payeer and traveller.
In the case a booking fails our internal fraud check we will reach out for more information to the travel agent. This may involve collecting and verfiing identification of travellers or payers.
