Locked Extension, Locked Account.

Usually there are 2 reasons as to why your account has been locked. The first reason is that you have used a VPN, which has ended up locking your extension.

Although the usage of a VPN is not against our Terms of Service policy, what a VPN does is essentially shares an IP with millions of other users, and it may be that the VPN's IP has has been previously banned by our system, in turn also locking your account.

But do not worry!

If it is in the case of a VPN, we can unlock your account right away. Please just submit a ticket or chat, explaining the issue to us.

On the other side of that coin, your account could have been locked because you attempted to commit fraud or tried to cheat the system.

This can include:

  • Reloading pages to earn as many Slices as possible.

  • Clicking on a lot of ads to commit ad fraud.

  • Trying to circumvent protections.

  • Setting up any type of macros or automated system to purposefully gain Slices.

While we try to be as lenient as possible when investigating such actions, recurring trends in inappropriate behaviour on your account have ultimately resulted in its closure.

Attempting to defraud Slice for the reasons mentioned above destroys the economy for all users and we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding this behaviour.
