If you find yourself unable to pay out your balance, we recommend checking whether the Slices you're attempting to withdraw have surpassed the 30-day hold period. If they haven't, please be patient and wait until the hold period expires. Once the 30 days have passed, you should be able to initiate the withdrawal process without any issues.
