How to customise your online booking

Customise your booking page with branded templates, colours, fonts and button shapes

Written by Chiara Conze

Your online booking page isn't just a scheduling tool, it's prime real estate for your brand. It's often the very first thing a new client interacts with. With our brand new customisation tools, you can transform your booking page in minutes: matching your logo, colours, fonts and button styles to create a seamless, professional experience that builds trust before a client even sets foot through your door.

With our new Branding tools, you can match your booking page to your socials and in-salon vibe in just a few clicks, no design skills needed.

Here's how to find it and make the most of it.

Getting There

Head to Online Booking in the side menu, then select Branding. You'll see a live phone preview at the top of the page that updates instantly as you make changes, so you can see exactly what clients will see before you save anything.

The welcome message and the service categories/services shown in the preview are just placeholder content - don't worry, your actual welcome message and real services aren't going anywhere! They'll appear exactly as you've set them up when clients visit your live booking page.

1. Templates

The quickest way to get started. Scroll through ready-made styles and select the one you like. Each one applies a coordinated background, accent colour, font and button shape in one click. Pick whichever feels closest to your brand, then fine-tune the details using the tabs below.

Always remember to press 'Save Changes' to publish your changes to your online booking site

2. Logo

If you have a logo uploaded already, it will continue to appear at the top of your booking page. You can upload an SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 2MB. Swap out your logo or remove it at any time using the Remove Logo button.

If you don't want any logo shown, you can now choose to show no logo or the slick logo instead.

3. Colours

Background Colour

Choose between Light, Dark or Cream to set the overall tone of your page.

Accent Colour

This controls buttons, ticks and highlights throughout the booking journey. Pick from the preset swatches or enter your exact brand hex code for a perfect match.

Pro tip - open up a photo of your logo and use the picker to choose the exact colour used in your logo as your accent colour. Please note the colour picker feature is only available on desktop.

4. Font

The font only applies to your salon name. You can choose a font from a searchable list of close to 40 fonts so you can closely match it to the font you use in your branding!

Search for the font you want or scroll through the list to select:

Pick a font weight based on how bold you want your Salon's name to appear:

5. Shape

Set the corner style for your buttons: Default, Round or Square, to compliment your overall look.

Shape affects the corners of buttons, and the cards your service categories, salon logo, name and welcome message and gift voucher card sits in

Save your changes

When making changes, you will see a red dot appear on every tab that has an unsaved change, and the save changes button will have a textbox indicating that you have unsaved changes.

Save changes will apply all of your changes, even if you've made changes across multiple tabs eg. to shape, colour, font, etc.

The only exception to this is to Logo. You must hit 'Save Changes' on the logo page itself once your happy with it.

For all the rest, you can go through and make as many changes as you want to see how they all fit together before deciding to save:

> 'Okay, I'm happy with this look, I want to save all my changes'

Once you've saved your changes, your changes will be published to your online booking site for your clients to see. Use the 'Test Online Booking button' any time to view the full booking flow as a client would see it.

Give your online booking page up to 60 seconds to update!
