This function can be enabled in an access environment where users without corporate email can respond to the survey with their demographic data.
To do so, when activating the user, a mode of access that can be easily recognized (Employee ID, ID card, etc.) and a mutually agreed-upon password (e.g., their date of birth) will be generated.
The user's access will be through an environment established for this purpose, which will provide the requested access data and the company's logo.
Once the user accesses it (which can be done from their computer or mobile device), they will see the assigned survey:
The questions will be presented one per screen, and in the case of mandatory questions, they must answer them before moving on to the next.
If the question is not mandatory, you can skip it without answering; otherwise, you must answer it to proceed.
Every change or response in the survey is automatically saved, so if the user exits and enters the survey multiple times, all their responses will be saved and can be changed as many times as needed until it is completed.
Only when they select "Send survey" it will conclude, and the user will not have any pending tasks, and a screen with a thank-you message for their participation will appear.
