The first option will provide you with solutions related to your query, displaying all articles containing keywords related to your needs.

To do this, you should enter from the "Help" section, indicating the keywords for your query:

If you choose the "Academy" option, a new window will open that will take you to Slik's updated content library. There, you will find everything you need to answer all your questions.

But if you still can't find a solution to your queries through the published articles, you can chat with our bot, which will connect you with a member of the Slik Team who will assist you with whatever you need.

You can access it from our chat by typing your query through the "Messages" section or by clicking "Send us a message" and chatting with us!
