Access to surveys

The first thing you should do is access to create your survey through the "New Survey" button, which is always visible on the platform. Remember that this access is only for those profiles that have permission to do so. This permission is managed by the Slik support team.

You can choose from the different templates designed according to the topic of interest or create a survey from scratch.

Upload a survey from a template

You can freely use any of the templates that Slik provides, which are divided by topic of interest, or you can use them as inspiration to create your own survey by selecting and editing it.

As a first step, if you want to use the model proposed by Slik, you should select it and choose "Use" if you want to use the survey model exactly as it is presented, or "Use and Edit" if you want to customize the template according to your needs

Seja que opte por "Usar" ou "Usar e Editar", o procedimento de configuração será o seguinte:

Abrir-se-á uma tela solicitando que dê um título à pesquisa e determine a categoria à qual deseja associá-la.

Under "Audience", you can choose to create the survey through a "public link" or select the users you wish to participate in the survey.

In the last option mentioned, you should consider that only those who have previously registered on the platform will appear.

Under "Settings", you can manage the following actions:

If you choose a survey shared via "Employee Base", you can perform the following actions:

Segment the confidentiality: This option will allow you to determine how you can view the results in the report.

  • Confidential: The survey will display results whenever it reaches the minimum responses set for the survey. Moreover, you can establish a minimum number of responses needed to display a result in the report. This minimum can be higher than the default set by the company, but never lower than it.

  • Non-confidential: In this case, there won't be a minimum number of responses required to view the results in the report, and if there are commentable options, the name of the comment's author will appear. In this case, the survey template will inform the user that the confidentiality of their response will not be preserved.

  • Edit messages and email: With the multilingual option, you can customize both the welcome and thank you messages as well as the email that the invited person will receive from the address no-reply@slikpro.com. Slik suggests some preset texts, but you can edit them however you want

Remember that the user will receive the translation based on the previously set language, which can be any of the 4 options (Spanish, English, French, or Portuguese) that we offer.

  • Set the expiration date: You can schedule the validity of the survey, setting the date and time when you want it to be activated and the emails to be sent, and the date when this survey will close and no longer accept responses.

If you choose a survey shared via "public link", you can only configure the message details and validity.

In "Finish", you can check if everything has been set up correctly and manage according to the selected audience.

If you choose a survey shared via "Employee Base", you can:

  • Confirm the number of questions the survey will have.

  • Preview the email that will be sent by the platform.

  • Check the audience that will receive the survey.

  • Send a preliminary test, both of the email and the survey that users will receive.

  • Confirm and send, if you validate that all the data is correct. In this case, users will receive an email from the address "no-reply@slikpro.com" with the message you recorded, your company's logo, and direct access to the survey.
