Management of your 'Individual Action Plan'

To perform any management tasks (uploading a new plan, modifying it, or closing the plan), you will see the 'Action Plans' option on the left-hand margin of the dashboard.

Once you access the 'Action Plans' section, to manage your plan, you must go to 'See my plan'.

Here you will see the results of all the dimensions corresponding to the survey in which you have participated, and you can define where the priority focus is located where you should take action with your 'Action Plans'.

Once you have defined the dimensions you want to work on, you can choose between the alternatives that Slik proposes (or generate your own proposal) to address the required improvement.

Selection of pre-loaded options in Slik

As you can see in this example, one of the dimensions with the lowest favorability percentage is "Resources to do the job," where you can choose one of the "proposed actions" described when the dimension is displayed.

By selecting the eye icon, you can view the content of each action proposed by the tool.

If you are interested in that proposal, you can select it by clicking on the label and dragging it from "SUGGESTED" to "IN PROCESS" state.

How to modify and/or delete an action in progress

If for any reason you want to delete a selected tag, you can do so by clicking on the "X" that appears in the upper right corner of the tag.

To each selected label, you can add "additional information" that complements the proposed card, as well as the expiration date in which the Action is proposed to be completed and assign it the "Priority" it will have.

Record your own action

You can also create your own actions by selecting "Add an action" through the option marked below.

Once you select the option "Add action", a window will open that will allow you to select which "Dimension" the action will impact.

IMPORTANT -DO NOT FORGET TO INCLUDE THE DIMENSION, OTHERWISE IT WILL NOT BE REGISTERED IN THE LOADED PLAN-

Once you have defined the dimension, you can complete the description of what you will do to accomplish it, and any additional information that you believe is convenient to include to complement the proposal.

Likewise, as in the previous case, you can add the proposed expiration date and the priority that you want to assign to it, "High, Medium, or Low".

How to finish a action in process:

Once the action has been completed within the scheduled deadlines, you must move it (in the same way as in the process of selecting "suggested actions") to the "COMPLETED" state.

If we do not follow this monitoring process, and the action exceeds the expiration date, it will be reflected as an expired action and you will have to work on it, proposing a new date to complete it or redefining it.

Once the action is completed, if it has achieved the expected result, you can rate it by giving your "approval" through the thumb on the tag, which will provide a useful ranking for other users.
