Management of Action Plans by the "Administrator User"
The Slik administrator can track the progress of all action plans for their teams through the control "Dashboard", and if applicable, upload their own plan.
Employee Tracking
Likewise, you can track individual employees, regardless of the department they belong to.
Through any of the accesses, the administrator can observe the status of the registered actions, whether they are "In Progress", "Completed" or "Overdue".
As mentioned, the administrator can also access creating their own "Individual Action Plan" and access, as seen in the "My Individual Improvement Plan" section.
