You can access the "Filter" function through the icon located in the top right margin of any report.

The filter section will expand from the right side of the screen.

As long as the survey users have the corresponding demographics, you can apply the following filters:

OFFICE

The selection made will be highlighted in blue, and multiple options can be chosen.

To deselect, simply click on the selected office again. Once you have made your selection, to view them in the report, you must click on "Apply".

DEPARTMENT

The department selection works in the same way as with the "Office" option.

If you have several Departments or they have internal dependencies, you can select "See All".

By selecting "See All", a new screen will open allowing you to expand and individually select the departments and subdivisions you want to observe.

Additionally, you can perform a specific search from the "Search Department" section where you should enter the full name or a segment of what you're looking for. This way, only options containing that keyword will be displayed.

OTHER PREDEFINED FILTERS

You can generate all the available filters if you have the user information previously loaded on the platform:

QUESTION

You can filter by question by expanding and selecting the one you are interested in to understand the general behavior of those who answered that question in a particular way.

INVERSE SELECTION

You can also make a selection of those results you don't want to see. This option is useful for observing the general results "excluding" what you select. To do so, you must activate the "Inverse Selection (Exclude)" option for those choices that offer this alternative.

You will notice that the selection mode changes (marked in red for this option), but the functionality is the same as the "inclusion" filter.

You can even use it in combination, with both the normal and inverse selection, allowing you to tailor the reports the way you want.

APPLY

Keep in mind that you can make bulk selections for all the segments you need, and then select "Apply" for it to be reflected in the results.

CLEAR FILTERS

Lastly, if you've made a bulk selection and don't want to clear it one by one, you can select "Clear Filters" and your report will return to its original state.
