If you have launched a survey and want to include a collaborator who was not previously part of it, you can do so (as long as they have been previously registered) in the following way

Step 1: Go to "Surveys" and make sure it is set to "Active." There, you can display the available options in the three dots and select "Add Audience."

Step 2: A new screen will open where you can "Update Audience", allowing you to add, but you won't be able to remove users.

Here, you can confirm who is currently participating in your survey, to ensure that the person you want to include is indeed not part of that survey.

Step 3: You can include by selecting any of the available filters or by searching for the person(s) individually. When you find them, you should check/tick them off.

Step 4: Once you have selected the new users, go to "FINISH," where it will show you the number of people added. Then, select "Confirm and Send."

You will see a message indicating that the person has been added to the survey, and the system has sent them the link through the email that the other participants received.
