When creating a survey, either through a Template or From Scratch, you will be able to select a category that defines in which instances of the "People Journey Map" it belongs, or if it is a different type of survey.

You must first name your survey and then select the category you want to link it to:

You can choose the different alternatives available or select the option "Other" if none of them fits in the survey you are generating.

The selection of a category will allow grouping these surveys to later enable access permissions to the reports linked to those surveys.
