To continue making the most of all the functionalities that Slik offers, we will show you how to download responses from public surveys through very simple steps.

Please remember that the download capability is related to the permissions that each user has. If you don't have this functionality, please contact your Slik Customer Success representative for guidance.

Once you access Slik, the first thing you should do is enter the "Surveys" module through the left-hand side menu on your screen:

Next, you should navigate to the Public Surveys section, where you'll find all the surveys that are marked as public.

If you have numerous public surveys, you can use filters to search for those that are in the "Completed" status.

Step 1: Once you've decided which survey you want to download, click the blue "See more" button to proceed. Then, you should select "Download responses".

You can continue browsing through the tool while waiting for the download, which will be notified in the top right corner as follows:

Step 2: To access the downloadable file, click on the cloud icon, which will allow you to view all the managed download processes.

To access the download results, click on "See all processes," which will ultimately take you to the PROCESSES AND DOWNLOADS screen.

Step 3: Once in PROCESSES AND DOWNLOADS, you can obtain the downloadable responses in Excel format using the "Report" button.
