Sometimes things happen in transit—but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! If there’s ever a problem with delivery, here’s what to do:

  1. Check your tracking information – This will give you the most up-to-date status on your package.

  2. If something seems off, contact us immediately at support@slo.co.

  3. We’ll take action:

    • Contact the carrier on your behalf

    • Track down your package’s location

    • Work on a solution to get your jeans to you

    • Keep you updated throughout the process


Important Note on PO Boxes

We strongly recommend not using PO Box addresses, as they can cause delivery delays and issues. If you must use one, please include a street address as well to ensure the carrier can find it easily.
