Changing Your Delivery Address Before Shipping
If you need to update your delivery address, here’s what to do:
Edit it in your member profile – Click the pencil icon (edit tooltip) next to your saved address.
Changes are allowed until the fulfillment stage – Once your jeans are packed and ready to ship, we may not be able to modify the address.
If it’s urgent, contact us ASAP at support@slo.co, and we’ll do our best to help.
Redirecting a package may result in additional shipping fees – If your order is already in transit, some carriers charge for address changes.
