Think of your member profile as your personal Slø headquarters! This is where all your jean-related adventures begin and continue.

Here’s everything you can manage from your profile:


Settings

Your Settings tab contains your personal details, but note that you cannot change personal details (like name, email, or address) after creating your account. This is to ensure that your sizing profile and order data remain accurate—our made-to-order process relies on precision, and changes could interfere with how your jeans are made and delivered.

In the future, we plan to allow more edits, but for now, double-check your details when signing up!

What you can do:

  • Update your password

  • Adjust language settings

  • Update your address


IMPORTANT NOTE ON YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT EMAIL ADDRESS:

Please always ensure your account email is the same as the email you used to check out with, otherwise we can't link your measurements to your order!


Sizing Profile

Your Sizing Profile tab is where all your measurement details live.

Here, you can:

  • Store and update measurements

  • Connect with Bodygram for automated sizing

  • View your measurement history

  • Switch between cm/inches

  • Access measurement guides

  • Save multiple measurement sets

Important: If you update your measurements after placing an order, the new measurements will NOT apply to that order unless changed within a few hours of submitting. Once production begins, we lock in the measurements for accuracy.


Orders

The Orders tab is your window into the journey of your jeans.

Here, you can:

  • Track your order progress in real-time

  • View complete order history

  • Check estimated delivery dates

  • Start an exchange process if needed

Note: While you can view your orders here, changes to details (such as measurements or shipping addresses) must be requested through customer support at support@slo.co if production has already started.


Rewards

The Rewards tab is where your Slø perks live.

Here, you can:

  • View active discount codes

  • Check available store credit

  • See special offers & loyalty rewards

  • Access exclusive promotions

  • Review past rewards history

Top tip: Keep an eye on this tab—we love surprising our customers with exclusive perks!


Managing Multiple Orders

Absolutely! Your profile makes it easy to:

  • Track multiple orders simultaneously

  • Compare delivery timelines

  • Manage different shipping addresses (must be set at checkout)

  • Handle separate measurements for different orders

  • Process multiple exchanges
