Protecting Your Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. Your data is treated with the utmost care and is never shared or sold.

Unlike other fashion brands, Slø operates on a made-to-order model, which means your personal details are directly tied to your custom sizing and order status. To ensure everything flows correctly through our system, there are some limitations on what you can change in your profile.


What You Can Manage in Your Profile

  • Change Your Password - You can update your password anytime for security.


What You Can't Change After Signup (for now!)

For accuracy and security reasons, some personal details cannot be changed once your account is created, including:

  • Email address – This ensures your order and sizing data remain correctly linked.

  • Shipping address (once an order is placed) – Changes must be requested through support@slo.co before shipping.

  • Measurements on existing orders – If you update your sizing profile, it will not change the measurements used for an existing order unless updated within a few hours of purchase.

We’re working on expanding profile controls in the future while keeping everything secure and accurate.
