Where is my deposit?

The reason why your deposit was not credited into your gaming account depends on the deposit method you used.

💳 Credit card:
In rare cases, a deposit by credit card might not reach your gaming account although the transaction has been confirmed on-screen. If this happens, we advise the following:
1. Wait a few minutes and then refresh the page.
2. If the transaction does not show in your account within 1 hour, please check your bank account to see if the transaction has been charged.
3. Normally your unsuccessful deposit is returned to your bank account within 5 days. If that did not happen, get in touch with us, making sure you have a screenshot of the debited transaction from your account. We will be able to investigate further with our payment providers.

👛 E-wallets:
If your deposit is missing, try the following:
1. Refresh the page and see if the deposit is reflected in your account balance. If the funds do not appear, check if your e-wallet balance has changed.
2. If funds were deducted from your e-wallet, please contact us with the date, time, amount, reference of the transaction ID and crypto address of the transaction (in case it was a crypto deposit). Kindly attach a proof of the deposit.

🏦 Direct/Instant banking:
Deposits via Instant Banking are processed immediately, however technical issues might occur. If the deposit is missing, try the following:
1. Refresh the page and see if the deposit shows up in your account balance. If the amount is still not in your account, please wait 1 hour and refresh the page again.
2. If the deposit is still not credited, please send us a proof of your missing deposit which show your full name, amount of deposit, bank account number and date clearly visible.

Brite/Trustly:
Deposits should go through straight away. If the deposit is missing, try the following:
1. Wait a few minutes and refresh the page to see if the deposit is reflected in your account balance.
2. Check your bank account transactions to see if the money has been taken and check that you have not exceeded your bank's deposit limit. In this case, your transfer will be automatically credited back to your bank account.
3. If your deposit fails, the amount will usually be refunded to your bank account within 1-2 business days. If your failed deposit has not been returned to you within 2 business days, please take a screenshot of your transfer and send it to us and we will find out through Trustly what could be wrong.

If during the transaction, you get the error message below, the deposit may be delayed. Unless you choose to abort the transaction, the funds will be debited from your bank account. It can then take up to 5 days before the money (automatically) appear in your account.
