Once we processed your withdrawal request, funds might take up to 5 working days to reach your bank account. Unfortunately we have no control on such waiting time as it depends on the bank you are using.

When you contact us, make sure you attached your bank statement 📃 (PDF if possible), which shows all transactions from the date that you did your withdrawal up until today's date.
Please make sure you use an IBAN that is registered in your own name when withdrawing. Attaching your bank statement will speed up the investigation🕵️♀️ and allow us to contact the payment provider to track the transaction.
