The Reports dashboard is designed to give you professional ready-to-go reports for your students attendance, daily data, assessment data, and notes, as well as, organizational tools to help with scheduling at the beginning of your school year. Let's take a look!
➡️ To run an Attendance Report, select your students by either:
clicking on their names
filtering for specific students
or selecting all
Next, determine your time frame and check if you would like to include the students demographic information at the top. This report shows you which sessions your student was present for when they were absent and their total service time.
➡️ To see how much service time is owed to your entire caseload, check out the Service Time Report.
➡️ If you prefer to take Daily Data with pen and paper, you can print out Data Collection Sheets which will already have your students' goals ready to go when you take Daily Data.
➡️ In the app, all of the data in notes from your session events will populate in a Data Report with four different format options.
The first is to have your data sorted by goal. This includes detailed data for individual goals, goal notes, and an optional visualization graph. Ideal for tracking progress during IEP meetings or reporting periods.
The second option is to have your data sorted by date. Organizes all Group, Student, and Goal notes sequentially, making it perfect for reviewing historical trends and progress.
Another option is to sort your data by therapy sessions. Focused on group session details, this view includes group members, used lesson plans, and session notes.
Lastly, the medicaid data option provides a downloadable CSV file containing all Student, Group, and Goal notes. It is useful for billing purposes and could be customized for administrative needs.
When to Use Specific Reports
Choose the Data Sorted by Goal report for comprehensive updates during IEP meetings or quarterly reviews.
Use Data Sorted by Date for historical trend analysis.
