The Reports dashboard is designed to give you professional ready-to-go reports for your students attendance, daily data, assessment data, and notes, as well as, organizational tools to help with scheduling at the beginning of your school year. Let's take a look!

➡️ To run an Attendance Report, select your students by either:

  1. clicking on their names

  2. filtering for specific students

  3. or selecting all

Next, determine your time frame and check if you would like to include the students demographic information at the top. This report shows you which sessions your student was present for when they were absent and their total service time.

➡️ To see how much service time is owed to your entire caseload, check out the Service Time Report.

➡️ If you prefer to take Daily Data with pen and paper, you can print out Data Collection Sheets which will already have your students' goals ready to go when you take Daily Data.

➡️ In the app, all of the data in notes from your session events will populate in a Data Report with four different format options.

  1. The first is to have your data sorted by goal. This will give you an average of your data points as well as a graph to track progress

  2. The second option is to have your data sorted by date. This gives you a more traditional layout of all of your data from oldest to newest.

  3. Another option is to sort your data by therapy sessions so that you can view your data for a group of students at a time.

  4. Lastly the data-billing export option will give you a customizable spreadsheet of all of your students data listed by dates.

➡️ To batch print assessment data, run the Student Assessments Report for Present Level Assessment info, the Student Progress Report for Progress Monitoring Tools you've administered, and Student Dashboard Notes to view all of the notes taken from the students tab that might include parent or teacher communication, the student's interests or other background information.

➡️ The IEP at a Glance Report is useful to give to teachers at the beginning of the school year so that they can quickly view the key details of a student's IEP.

➡️ The IEP and MET Dates Report will help you stay on top of all of your upcoming due dates.

➡️ Teachers Reports will aid you in scheduling your students. Print or copy and paste the ➡️ Preferred Times Report into an email to your teachers so they can send you a few different times to pull students. Once you've complete your schedule, send the Student Schedule Report for teachers to know when students will be serviced and those are all of the reports in SLP toolkit!
