How to share images, videos, and files with Smarcomms?

Sharing your images, videos, and other files with Smarcomms is a piece of cake! We use Google Drive to keep everything organized and accessible. Here's a step-by-step guide to get you started:

Open up Google Drive in your web browser. If you don't have an account yet, don't worry – it's free and easy to sign up.

Once you're in Google Drive, create a new folder to store all the files you want to share with us. Give it a name that's easy to remember, like "Smarcomms Files".

Now it's time to add your images, videos, and other files to the folder. Just drag and drop them in, or click the "New" button and select "File upload".

Right-click on the folder and select "Get shareable link". In the pop-up window, change the general access settings to "Anyone with the link". Copy the link – this is what you'll send to us.

How to Share Images, Videos, and Files With Your Intake Form?

Head to your Smarcomms Client Portal and click "Start Order" to access the intake form.

Paste the Google Drive folder link into the appropriate field and click 'submit' once you've completed the intake form.
